You may decide it's something you want to keep in your refrigerator all the time for drizzling on sandwiches, sliced tomatoes, steamed vegetables, or salad greens. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cilantro, mint, chili, lime juice, and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 days. TIP: It may sound unlikely, but this creamy sauce makes an irresistible dip for fresh melon or pineapple. Serving size: 1/4 cup.
