Tried these last Friday, using a bag of frozen sprouts, and were they ever good! * Exported from MasterCook * Brussels Sprouts with Maple Syrup Recipe By :Mark Hall Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 cups Brussels sprouts 1/4 cup maple syrup salt freshly ground black pepper If they need to be trimmed, remove the outer leaves from the sprouts. Cut the ends off, then slice them into halves and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes in boiling water until tender. Drain and toss with the maple syrup. Add salt and pepper to taste. Description: " The sweetness of the maple syrup makes this an unusually elegant dish.
