Don't press too firmly; leave spaces for the sauce to run into. Place glasses in freezer until ready to serve. Just before serving, spoon Blueberry Sauce over sherbet, tilting the glasses so sauce between runs in between layers. Crumble almond macaroons on top. Serve parfait with whipped cream if you like.
