Blueberry Sauce

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1 box fresh blueberries -- washed and stemmed

4 tablespoons raw sugar

3 tablespoons lemon juice

 

Mix ingredients together in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Turn off heat.

Keep pan covered for 15 minutes.

 

Note: This sauce may also be made with raspberries. Of course, either sauce is

delicious over plain vanilla ice cream.
