Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Combine melon and cumin in a large bowl; drizzle with the mint mixture. Toss well to combine. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
