Guest guest Posted July 24, 2000 Report Share Posted July 24, 2000 This is used in the Fruit " Pizza " and Holiday Squash Pie I'm sending- * Exported from MasterCook * Easy Pie Crust Recipe By :Eating Well for Optimum Health - Andrew Weil, M.D. Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package (1/3 lb) natural Graham crackers 2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons sesame tahini 1 1/2 teaspoons water Pulverize the Graham crackers in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Press mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie pan. If an unbaked filling is to be used, bake the crust in an oven heated to 350F foor 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned. Otherwise, add the filling and bake the pie as directed.
