This is used in the Fruit " Pizza " and Holiday Squash Pie I'm sending-

Easy Pie Crust

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 package (1/3 lb) natural Graham crackers

2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons sesame tahini

1 1/2 teaspoons water

 

Pulverize the Graham crackers in a food processor.

 

Add the remaining ingredients and process until well blended.

 

Press mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie pan.

 

If an unbaked filling is to be used, bake the crust in an oven heated to 350F

foor 20 to 30 minutes until lightly browned. Otherwise, add the filling and

bake the pie as directed.
