Here's the corrected recipe: * Exported from MasterCook * Red Bean Chili Recipe By :The Soy Zone, Barry Sears Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : The Soy Zone Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/3 teaspoons olive oil 1/2 medium onion -- chopped 1/2 medium green bell pepper -- seeded & chopped 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, chopped 2/3 cup Morningstar Farms Harvest Burgers Recipe Crumbles 1/2 cup water 1 1/4 cups canned crushed tomatoes 1 1/4 cups canned kidney beans -- drained & rinsed 2 ounces reduced fat Monterey jack cheese or soy cheese -- grated or thinly sliced In a large nonstick saute pan with cover, heat oil over medium heat. Saute onions and green pepper in oil for 5 minutes or until onion turns translucent. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic powder. Cook another 2 minutes. Add Harvest Burgers and water. Stir in tomatoes and kidney beans. Cover and simmer 10-30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
