" - Sanaa Abourezk Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 20 won-ton wrappers 2 cups Tofu Cream 2 tablespoons cinnamon 3 tablespoons sugar Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Place won ton wrappers on a greased cookie sheet. Spray won ton wrappers with canola oil then sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake in the oven 7 - 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. To assemble: -Place one won ton on a shallow serving dish. Spread one tablespoon of tofu cream on top. Place another won ton on top of tofu cream.
