Jenn Ottawa, Ontario, Canada http://tlotc.dhs.org/jenn/ * Exported from MasterCook * ABIDJAN CABBAGE SALAD Recipe By : " Sundays at Moosewood Restaurant Cookbook " Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : African Appetizers Done By Dotties Calculator Salads & Dressings Snacks Sundays at Moosewood Restauran 2 Point 4 Point Fruit Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups cabbage -- thinly sliced 1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup pineapple chunks in juice 1 lemon -- juice of 1 orange -- juice of 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Place cabbage, carrots & pineapple into a large bowl. Mix the dressing by whisking all the ingredients together till creamy or by drizzling the oil into the juices while in a blender. Thoroughly blend the dressing & the vegetables.
