The origional is 8 points, while my lower fat version is only 5 points for about a cup serving. Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 5 Point Mexican Vegetarian 8 Point Done By Dotties Calculator Lacto-Ovo Low-Fat Rice And Grains Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 16 ounces tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 3 teaspoons chili powder 1 1/2 cups instant rice 1/2 cup tortilla chips -- crushed 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Combine tomato sauce, water and chili powder in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. Serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream if desired.
