" - Sanaa Abourezk Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups boiled soy beans 1 1/2 cups cavatelli pasts or other short pasta 1 green bell pepper -- julienned 2 cloves garlic -- mashed 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 large onion -- julienned 1/2 cup baby capers 1/2 cup sliced Spanish olives 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper to taste Saute onions in olive oil for a couple minutes. Add green pepper and continue cooking over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add garlic, tomatoes, capers, and olives. Stir and cook for one minute. Add the beans and seasonings. Cover and cook over low heat for a few minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and add to the cooked beans, toss and cook for 5 minutes.
