Forgive me for sending Black Olive Dip 2X, I apparently haven't quite woken up-

Bean Salad

2 cups boiled soy beans

1 cup boiled garbanzo beans

1 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

salt to taste

 

Mix the beans with all the other vegetables.

 

To make the dressing: - whisk lemon juice, oil, crushed pepper, and salt. Pour

over the salad, toss and serve.
