Pour in the yoghurt and allow it to drain for two hours. You will be left with a thick, delicious yoghurt cheese. For the lemon honey sauce: Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over a low heat and allow them to melt together. Simmer for 2 minutes. For the fruit: Melt the butter in a heavy-bottom fry-pan large enough to easily hold the fruit. Add the sugar and melt together. On a low heat, add the fruit and gently coat the fruit in the sticky sauce. When it's well coated, it's ready to serve. To assemble the dessert: Place the fruit into individual serving plates. Top with a dollop of yoghurt cheese and drizzle over a little lemon honey sauce.
