Non-Recipe Rice & Beans

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

olive oil

3 sliced scallions

1 can kidney beans -- drained

rice, cooked and cooled

a plop hot catsup

a sprinkling Salt & Pepper

 

Saute 2 of the scallions in a skillet in olive oil.

 

Add kidney beans. Mix in rice. Keep on heat.

 

Add hot catsup, S & P. Serve with a few scallions on top.
