Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3 1/2 ounces raspberries

10 1/2 ounces apples

3 1/2 ounces banana

 

Wash the raspberries & apples. Remove apple cores and cut to fit juicer. Push

raspberries and apple through the juicer using the safety plunger. Peel and

chop the banana. Blend the banana and juice to a creamy consistency.
