Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-- 2 LB LOAF--

1 1/3 cups water

3 tablespoons light margarine

3 2/3 cups bread flour

2/3 cup oats

1/4 cup light brown sugar

2 tablespoons dry skim milk

1 3/4 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon allspice

2 teaspoons yeast

 

Place all ingredients in pan in order suggested by manufacturer. Use delay

cycle, or white/basic cycle and softened margarine. Use medium or light crust

color. Bake and remove to cool on rack.
