I now use polenta because it is SO much easier and cooler.... * Exported from MasterCook Mac * Polenta By Microwave Recipe By : Arthur Schwartz/Veggie List Serving Size : 2 Preparation Time :0:20 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup cornmeal 4 cups cold water 1 teaspoon salt Combine the cornmeal and cold water in a 3-quart microwave casserole. Whisk to combine. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Whisk. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. The polenta is now done.
