Guest guest Posted June 23, 2000 Report Share Posted June 23, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Chinese Green Bean Salad Recipe By :Yan Can Cook Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds -- toasted 1 teaspoon chili pepper -- crushed 1/2 pound tofu, fresh or dried -- in small sticks 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar 1 drop chili oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 pound green beans, in 2 inch pieces -- trimmed of ends a little salt Blanch green beans 3 minutes on high in slightly salted water. Place in ice water to cool. Mix green beans with tofu. In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Toss everything together.
