Guest guest
Hi all! I was corresponding with someone who wanted some of the Joanna Lund recipes from me. I had a back-up hard drive failure last weekend, and all my e-mail (yup! list mail, too) is located on that drive. I've been scrambling to get things together, and just now thought about this fellow, whose name I've completely forgotten during all this hoopla. My hard drive is safely off at the " rehab clinic " aka the Data Recovery bandits, er, people, and I can begin to think about normal computer life again. If you're looking for a response from me regarding these recipes, please contact me again? I didn't forget you -- just your name! <s> For which I do apologize. Thanks, Christine Muehling Here's a nice Joanna Lund recipe to keep you going! <G> * Exported from MasterCook * Cliff's Macaroni-Pea Salad Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Low Fat (Under 30%) Pasta & Pasta Sauces Salad & Salad Dressing Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Cups cooked macaroni 1 Cup frozen peas 3/4 Cup chopped celery 1/2 Cup 97% fat free ham 3/4 Cup Kraft® reduced fat cheddar cheese -- shredded 2 hard-boiled eggs -- chopped 1/4 Cup sweet pickle relish 1/2 Cup fat-free Ranch salad dressing 1/2 Cup nonfat mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon mustard 1/4 Teaspoon black pepper In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Guest guest
Oh GAWD! I " m sorry. I do apologize. I'm not my normal organized self since that failure last week. It seems more failed than just that drive: my <ahem> keen sense of observation. I don't even make it with that; Rich doesn't even know the actual recipe calls for it!! Once again, I do apologize to anyone offended. I tend to put the recipes exactly as they're written into MC.
