Peach Crisp

1 cup sugar

1 cup biscuit mix

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 egg -- beaten

1 cup milk

1 stick butter or margarine

3 cups peeled & sliced fresh peaches

1 cup brown sugar

 

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine sugar, biscuit mix, cinnamon, egg, and milk.

Melt butter in a large rectangular baking dish. Pour batter over melted butter

(do not stir) and arrange peach slices over. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake

35 minutes.
