Guest guest
Hi! I make one that I think would do the trick!! It;s a chocolate/peanutbutter/bannana smoothie...very yummy too! i'm guestimating with amounts here but I'd say: 1/3 cup soy milk ( chocolate) 1/4 cup soft silken tofu 1 frozen bannana chopped 1/4 peanutbutter additional carob powder ot chocolate sytrup to taste blend milk & tofu- then add peanutbutter... add bannana peices- blend again.. I forget how much protein this has - but it's alot often in the morning when I don't feel like fussing with tofu or if i'm missing the chocolate soy milk.. I just use skim milk & chocolate soy protien powder- ( i have these shakes everyday) Then I skip the tofu and just add peanut butter & bannana.. That way- I know I'm getting 17 grams of protein from my powder- and certain ones have more- up to 25 grams.. Then the peanutbutter adds even more- so I'd say that's a lot of protein.. ' Hope he likes it! ( my boyfriend does!)
