Guest guest Posted June 15, 2000 Report Share Posted June 15, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Fresh Fruit Compote with Orange-Lime Drizzle Recipe By : Cooking Light Magazine, May 2000, page 132 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Fruits Salads, Fruit Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 cups sliced strawberries 1 cup cubed peeled kiwifruit -- (about 4) 1 cup sliced banana -- (about 2) 1 cup cubed peeled ripe mango 1 cup cubed peeled papaya 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate -- undiluted 2 teaspoons lime juice 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint 1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients, and drizzle over the fruit mixture. Toss gently to coat. Yield 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
