Midnight Malt

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1 cup vanilla ice milk

1 cup skim milk

2 tablespoons chocolate malted milk powder

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

Combine first 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and

process until smooth. Pour into glasses; sprinkle with

cinnamon. Yield: 2 cups (serving size: 1 cup).

 

 

Per serving = 204 calories, 3 gm fat, 12 mg cholesterol, 164 mg sodium, 37 gm

carbohydrate, 7 gm protein, 0 gm fiber

Exchanges: 1/2 skim milk, 1/2 fat, 1 other carbohydrate
