Guest guest Posted June 12, 2000 Report Share Posted June 12, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Easy Apple Salad Recipe By : Cooking Light, Nov/Dec 1993, page 122 Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 1993 Salad/Fruit Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 6 cups red delicious apples -- unpeeled & cubed 1/2 cup raisins 1/3 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt 2 tablespoons honey Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Combine yogurt and honey in a bowl; stir well. Add to apple mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 3/4 cup).
