Cranberry-Banana Flip

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

1/2 cup banana -- chilled & sliced

3/4 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt

3/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail -- chilled

1/2 cup skim milk

 

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process

until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 2-1/2 cups

(serving size: 1-1/4 cups).

 

 

 

Per serving = 186 calories, 0 gm fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 78 mg sodium, 44 gm

carbohydrate, 5 gm protein, 1 gm fiber

Exchanges: 1 1/2 fruit, 1 other carbohydrate
