Dirty Rice

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 14-ounce package Gimme Lean Beef Flavor

1/2 cup bell pepper -- finely diced

1/3 cup green onion -- diced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon celery flakes

1 teaspoon Creole seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper

4 cups cooked rice

1/3 cup water -- (more if needed)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

 

Brown Gimme Lean either in a non-stick pan sprayed with cooking spray or in a

microwave-safe dish in the microwave. Transfer if necessary to a large skillet

or dutch oven. Add bell pepper and cook until soft.

 

Turn temperature down to medium and add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring

often and adding more water to prevent sticking, for about 20 minutes. Add

additional seasoning to taste.
