Guest guest Posted June 8, 2000 Report Share Posted June 8, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Pasta and Herbs Recipe By :Lise Peter Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 pound pasta of your choice 1/2 cup butter or margarine 4 cloves garlic -- minced basil thyme 1 tablespoon minced fresh marjoram or 1 teaspoon dried marjoram 1 tablespoon minced fresh savory or 1 teaspoon dried savory parsley salt ground black pepper sliced black olives Cook pasta according to the package directions. Meanwhile, melt the butter or margarine over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in the herbs. Drain the pasta, and transfer to a large bowl. Add the butter mixture, and toss, toss, toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with black olive slices, and serve.
