Guest guest
I got the following message from another list. For those who don't already know, this is a very useful utility! Below is a description of what it does, and why I revised it. Pat and Pam reported this problem with Eudora 4.3. I just downloaded and installed it myself, but have not seen this after using Tagit 4.2e, where they have. According to Pat, this revision corrects the Eudora space conversion. Revision " f " revised the export for directions as a single line with no actual implied carriage returns. Some recipes have a trailing space at the end of the paragraph. When sent via Eudora 4.3, this space is turned into a carriage return, causing a blank line to appear at the start of the directions paragraphs when imported into MasterCook. Some users reported that MC-TagIt, version 4.2e did not correct this unwanted blank line. The revised export format removes all extra spaces and carriage returns. This format does correct the Eudora conversion. Also added some additional unit abbreviations that will be expanded.
