Guest guest Posted June 7, 2000 Report Share Posted June 7, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Thousand Island Dressing Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Low fat Salads & Dressings Soyfoods Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pkg silken tofu -- (10.5 oz) 1/4 cup water 2 Tbs white vinegar 1 Tb lemon juice 2 tsp sugar 6 Tbs chili sauce 2 Tbs chopped pickles 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 2 Tbs chopped green onions Put the silken tofu, water, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and chili sauce in the blender and whirl until smooth. Pour the mixture into a small bowl. Stir the pickles, green pepper and green onions into the dressing. Store in the refrigerator.
