Guest guest Posted June 6, 2000 Report Share Posted June 6, 2000 Connie, for Vitamix smoothies...I just put some herbal tea in the blender, add some yogurt, fresh fruit, then frozen fruit and it's always delicious. The more frozen items you put in the more like a frozen dessert it is. Vitamix has a website now and they're going to have a forum where Vitamix users can share recipes and talk about health benefits, etc.www.Vitamix.com. I'm doing better with the fruit smoothies, haven't had enough practice with the veggies. However, using their book one day I followed a cucumber recipe, it was delicious.
