Guest guest Posted June 6, 2000 Report Share Posted June 6, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Fruit-Yogurt Swirl Recipe By : Cooking Light, Jan/Feb 1993, page 106 Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:05 Categories : 1993 Beverage Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks in juice -- unsweetened, chilled --drained and canned 1/2 cup peach slices in juice -- unsweetened, chilled --drained and canned 5 ice cubes 3 whole fresh strawberries 1 medium banana -- frozen 8 ounces vanilla low-fat yogurt Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
