Banana-Peach Shake

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

3/4 cup skim milk

2/3 cup banana -- sliced

1/2 cup fresh peaches -- peeled & sliced

1 1/2 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt

 

Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and

process until smooth. Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups

(serving size: 1 cup).

 

 

Per serving = 159 calories, 0 gm fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 91 mg sodium, 37 gm

carbohydrate, 6 gm protein, 1 gm fiber

Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1 1/2 other carbohydrate
