Frozen Lime Whip With Raspberries

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

4 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt -- softened

6 ounces limeade, frozen concentrate -- canned

--thawed and undiluted

10 ounces raspberries, frozen -- thawed

--in light syrup

fresh mint sprigs -- optional

 

Combine yogurt and limeade in a bowl; beat at low speed of electric mixer

until smooth.

 

Spoon 2/3 cup yogurt mixture into each of 6 dessert compotes; freeze until

firm. Top each with 1 tablespoon raspberries; reserve remaining raspberries

for another use. Yield: 6 servings.

 

 

Per serving = 208 calories, 0 gm fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 79 mg sodium, 52 gm

carbohydrate, 5 gm protein, 2 gm fiber

Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1 1/2 other carbohydrate
