Guest guest Posted June 6, 2000 Report Share Posted June 6, 2000 * Exported from MasterCook * Frozen Lime Whip With Raspberries Recipe By : Cooking Light, Sept 1993, page 105 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 1993 Dessert/Fruit Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt -- softened 6 ounces limeade, frozen concentrate -- canned --thawed and undiluted 10 ounces raspberries, frozen -- thawed --in light syrup fresh mint sprigs -- optional Combine yogurt and limeade in a bowl; beat at low speed of electric mixer until smooth. Spoon 2/3 cup yogurt mixture into each of 6 dessert compotes; freeze until firm. Top each with 1 tablespoon raspberries; reserve remaining raspberries for another use. Yield: 6 servings.
