Guest guest Posted June 4, 2000 Report Share Posted June 4, 2000 Violet Salad about 8 cups of lettuce, or a mixture of your fave salad greens about 30 - 40 violet flowers about 10 - 20 violet leaves 3 cups watercress and mustard seeds -or sprouts 1/4 cup of chives 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoons vinegar salt & pepper to taste Mix ingredients, toss well, serve lightly chilled.
