Guest guest Posted June 4, 2000 Report Share Posted June 4, 2000 Cambodian Salad 1 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced 3 cups bean sprouts 4 cups thinly shredded napa or savoy cabbage 2 carrots, shredded 1 small onion, shredded 1/2 cup basil leaves, cut into1/2-inch strips 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, cut into 1/4-inch strips 1 very finely chopped chili pepper 1/2 teaspoon of salt For the dressing: 1 tablespoon of your favourite vegetable oil 3 to 5 tablespoons fresh lime juice 3 tablespoons very finely chopped roasted and salted peanuts (can be substituted by gomasio) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
