Tomato Wedges with Basil Dressing

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt

3 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise

1 1/2 teaspoons malt vinegar

3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh basil

1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

4 medium tomatoes -- cut into 32 wedges

curly leaf lettuce leaves

 

Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, basil, and mustard in a small bowl; mix

well. Cover and chill thoroughly.

 

To serve, arrange tomato wedges on a lettuce-lined platter. Spoon yogurt

mixture over tomato wedges.
