Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs, salt, and garlic powder. Heat a griddle or skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until hot. For each cake, pour 1 tablespoon batter into skillet. Turn cakes when tops are bubbly and edges are slightly dry. Repeat procedure until all batter is used.
