Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 frozen ripe bananas* 1 1/2 cups soy milk (calcium fortified) 4 ounces soft tofu 1 tablespoon blackstrap molasses 2 tablespoons maple syrup Cut frozen bananas into 1-inch pieces. Transfer to a blender along with soy milk, tofu, molasses, and maple syrup; blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. *Freezing bananas: Allow bananas to ripen so that dark spots appear on the peel. Peel bananas and place them whole in a plastic container or bag. Seal container or plastic bag and freeze at least 5 hours.
