Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 frozen ripe bananas 1 cup cold soy milk (calcium fortified) 1/2 tablespoon blackstrap molasses 1/2 tablespoon carob powder Cut frozen bananas into 1-inch pieces. Add to blender along with soy milk, molasses, and carob powder; blend until thick and smooth. Wrap 2 to 4 ice cubes in a clean towel and break them up slightly with a heavy pan. Add ice chips to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
