Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces soft tofu 1 cup pumpkin pie filling (canned) 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 cup maple syrup 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1 9-inch prepared store-bought pie shell 1/2 cup pecan halves In a food processor, combine tofu, pumpkin, cornstarch, maple syrup, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and allspice; process until smooth. Pour mixture into prepared pie shell. Decorate top with pecan halves. Bake in preheated 350F oven 45 minutes. Let cool.
