When we were on onelist our name was always at the top of the post so I

never signed them since it was redundent. I just realized that isn't

happening now and will begin signing my posts.

 

Here's another very successful grilled recipe from our weekend. It is

almost the same recipe that Karen posted a few days ago.

Packet Potatoes

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Sheet Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil --

(18x24-inches)

1 small onion -- thinly sliced

4 medium potatoes

cut in bite-size pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed -- (optional)

1/4 teaspoon pepper

 

Preheat oven to 450F or preheat grill to medium-high. Spray center of

sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil with nonstick cooking spray.

 

Center onion on foil sheet. Layer potatoes evenly on top of

onion. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, dill weed and

pepper.

 

Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form one foil

packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packet.

 

Bake 30 to 35 minutes on cookie sheet in oven OR grill 15 to 20 minutes on

medium-high in covered grill. Makes 4 servings..
