We barbequed on Saturday and used one of the great grilling recipes that were

posted. Here's another one, in case anyone is planning on cooking out today.

Curry Marinade

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

2 tablespoons safflower oil -- (or canola)

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/2 lemon -- juice only

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons minced shallots

1 teaspoon curry powder -- (to taste)

 

Combine all ingredients in a small container. When brushing on foods, swirl the

mixture often with the brush to keep combined.
