Here's another one, in case anyone is planning on cooking out today. * Exported from MasterCook * Curry Marinade Recipe By :Nava Atlas Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:05 Categories : Grilling Sauces And Marinades Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons safflower oil -- (or canola) 1/4 cup dry white wine 1/2 lemon -- juice only 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons minced shallots 1 teaspoon curry powder -- (to taste) Combine all ingredients in a small container. When brushing on foods, swirl the mixture often with the brush to keep combined.
