Guest guest
Karen, Every time I've tried this -- putting cloves into olive oil -- I've gotten a moldy mess within days. Someone once told me to heat the oil before putting the cloves in, but that makes me less than comfortable -- issues about reheating oil, etc. I've pretty much given up on the infusion, and learned to love the taste of fresh garlic tossed in at the end, because I'd already given up on garlic sauteed in the beginning due to burning! Let us know what you end up doing, and how it worked!
