Meanwhile, in a medium mixing bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter or margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the bran cereal mixture all at once. Stir just until dough clings together. Let dough rest while preparing filling. For Filling: In a small bowl, stir together the chopped pear, the 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, and the cinnamon. Spray a 9x1 1/2-inch round baking pan with vegetable cooking spray. Set aside. On a well-floured surface, knead the dough gently for 10-12 strokes (dough will be slightly sticky). Roll dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle. Spread filling evenly over dough. Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting from a long side. Seal seam. Slice into 12 equal pieces. Arrange slices, cut-sides up, in the prepared pan. Bake in a 400ºF oven about 25 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove spirals from pan. Meanwhile, for glaze, combine the powdered sugar and enough of the 2-3 teaspoons of pear nectar or grape juice to make a glaze of drizzling consistency. Drizzle warm rolls with glaze.
