AUTHOR'S NOTE: One of my favorite standards, I often serve this bread for brunch with orange butter and omelets. Everyone always wants the recipe. JENN'S LOWER FAT NOTES: Use 3 egg whites or 1/3 cup egg beaters instead of eggs, use applesauce instead of butter.
