Ok here is a 3 point per slice bread ( the slices are thick so if you slice them

thin its 1.5 point a slice :)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-- 2 LB LOAF--

1 1/2 cups water

2 tablespoons light margarine

4 cups bread flour

1/3 cup dehydrated vegtables -- * see note

2 tablespoons dry skim milk

3 tablespoons Sweet 'n Low® sweetener

1 3/4 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons yeast

 

Place in pan in order recommended by manufacturer. Use delay cycle or

basic/white and softened butter. Use medium or light color. Remove and cool on

wire rack.

 

JENN'S NOTE: Dehydrated vegetables can be found in bulk at a health food store

or in some grocery stores. You may use the Knorr vegetable soup mix instead of

the dried vegetables.
