Delicious Calcium-Rich Dairy-Free Vegetarian Recipes Serving Size : 0 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 8 ounces soft tofu 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 cloves garlic -- minced 1/2 cup white kidney beans -- cooked 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 green onion -- chopped In a food processor or blender, combine tofu, lemon juice, beans, and salt. Process until smooth. Add green onion and process a few seconds, trying not to liquefy the onion. Refrigerate and serve cold or at room temperature.
