Cocoa or Carob Banana Soy Shake

1 cup soy milk

1/2 medium fresh or frozen banana

3 tablespoons sweetener of your choice, or to taste

1 tablespoon cocoa or carob powder

 

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend untiil smooth and frothy.
