Here's a try again: * Exported from MasterCook * Pan-Browned Potatoes With Red Pepper and Whole Garlic Recipe By :Bon Appetit, March, 1999 Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : " Post " Vegan Vegetables Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 tablespoons olive oil 12 whole garlic cloves 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled -- cut into 1/2 " pcs 1 large red bell pepper -- cut into 1/2 " pcs Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic; saut‚ until pale golden, 10 minutes. Increase heat to medium. Add potatoes; cook until pale golden, stirring every 5 minutes, about 15 minutes. Stir in bell pepper.
