Let's see if I get this right! * Exported from MasterCook * Vegan Ranch Dressing Recipe By :Susan Voisin Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:05 Categories : Low fat Salads & Dressings Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/3 cup lowfat silken tofu 2/3 cup soy milk 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or one clove garlic 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried parsley 1 tsp. fresh or dried chives or 1/8 tsp. onion powder generous grating of black pepper 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
